Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

CloudPocket exists to publish and share useful, legal applications. This policy defines what is not allowed. By using the Service you agree to comply; violations may result in suspension or removal of your app or account, without notice.

2. Prohibited content and use

• Illegal activity: apps or uses that violate local, national or international law (fraud, money laundering, sale of illegal goods, unlicensed gambling, etc.).
• Malware and attacks: malicious code, viruses, ransomware, phishing, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, brute-force attacks, spam, or attempts to compromise other systems.
• Harmful content: child sexual abuse material (we report it to authorities), incitement to violence, terrorism, harassment, doxxing, or non-consensual sexual content (including pornographic deepfakes).
• Rights violations: content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets (see Takedown Policy).
• Unauthorized access: attempting to access data, apps or systems that are not yours, or bypassing CloudPocket's permission controls.
• Abusive resource use: apps designed to exhaust the CPU, memory, bandwidth or storage of the platform or of third parties.
• Impersonation: pretending to be CloudPocket or another person or organization to deceive.

3. User responsibility

• You are responsible for the content and behavior of your apps and for what your guests do with them.
• If your app collects data from third parties, you must comply with applicable law (privacy notices, consents, etc.).
• You must have the right to use and share the code and data you upload.

4. Enforcement

• We may review apps following reports or signs of abuse, and suspend or remove them.
• We cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.
• If you believe your app was suspended by mistake, email cloudpocketdevo@gmail.com and we will review it.
