Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using CloudPocket (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What CloudPocket is
CloudPocket lets you upload an application (AI-generated code, files or ZIP), publish it online and share it with other people through a link, with permissions you control.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your email via a single-use magic link. You are responsible for keeping your email secure.
- The first signed-in user of an app with no owner becomes its owner. The owner controls who can access, copy or edit.
4. Your apps are yours
- You keep all rights to the code and data you upload. We only host and run them to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for your app and its content not violating the law or these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Using the Service
- The Service may be in demo phase: apps may sleep, wake up slowly or fail. We do not guarantee continuous availability.
- We may suspend or remove apps that violate these Terms, without notice when the violation is serious or illegal.
- Plans and limits: each plan (Trial, Founder…) includes a maximum number of apps, memory, storage and upload size, published on the plans page. We may adjust these limits with notice by email or in the platform.
- Fair use: plans are for normal use by one person or a small team. If an account consumes resources in a sustained, disproportionate way (for example, apps with continuous 24/7 traffic or intensive automated use), we will contact you to move to a suitable plan. If it is not corrected, we may put apps to sleep more aggressively, throttle, or suspend the service with prior notice.
- Data depends on your plan: the Trial (free) plan does not include persistent storage: data your app saves may be lost on restart or update. The Founder Plan does include persistent storage (your data survives restarts and deploys).
6. Payments and pre-order (when applicable)
- If you launch a pre-order or paid plan, payment will be processed by a third-party processor (e.g. PayPal, Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy) under their own terms.
- Pre-order: your payment secures future access to the plan. If the product does not launch within a reasonable time, you can request a full refund within 12 months of purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPocket is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the Service.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [country/state — Mexico], without prejudice to the protections your local consumer law gives you. For disputes, we will first try to resolve them in good faith via cloudpocketdevo@gmail.com.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the platform.
