1. Who we are

CloudPocket is a platform to publish and share AI-generated apps. The data controller is [Legal entity / founder name], based in [City, Country — Mexico], contact: cloudpocketdevo@gmail.com.

2. What we collect and why

• Email address: when you sign in with a magic link or when someone invites you to an app. We use it only to authenticate you (passwordless) and to send you what you asked for. We never sell it.
• Usage data: what type of app you upload, what actions you take (share, invite, copy), how many views your link gets. We use it in aggregate to improve the product (friction and adoption metrics) and to show you your apps' activity.
• Your app's content: the code, files and data you upload to publish them. They are yours; we only store and run them to provide the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, to operate and protect the platform.

3. Legal basis

We process your data because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for (running and sharing your apps), because you requested it, and — for technical and usage data — because we have a legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: the session cookie (to keep you signed in), the language cookie (`cp_lang`), and — when you access from outside — the access cookie (`cp_key`). We don't use advertising cookies. If we ever add third-party analytics, we will tell you and ask for consent. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Where your data lives

During the demo phase, data is stored on the founder's machine. In production, it will be stored with cloud providers (e.g. Fly.io and Vercel, in the US and/or Europe) under data-processing agreements. By using CloudPocket you accept that transfer.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account and apps while the service is active or until you ask us to delete them. Usage logs are kept in aggregate for metrics. If you delete an app, its code and data are removed; backups are purged within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your data. If you reside in the EU, the GDPR gives you these rights; in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know, delete and opt out of "sales" (we don't sell data). To exercise any of these, email cloudpocketdevo@gmail.com with subject "Privacy" and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Minors

CloudPocket is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor gave us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), single-use magic links, and role-based access control (owner, editor, viewer). No system is infallible: we do what is reasonable, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

If something important changes, we will publish it here with the updated date and, when relevant, notify you by email.
