Copyright Takedown Policy

1. What this is
CloudPocket respects copyright. If you believe an app hosted on CloudPocket infringes your protected work, you can send us a notice and we will remove it.
2. How to notify (rights holders)
Email cloudpocketdevo@gmail.com with subject "Takedown" and the following information:
- Identification of the protected work you claim is infringed (include a URL if one exists).
- The exact CloudPocket link where the infringing app is (a /ver/… URL).
- Your contact details (name, email, optional phone).
- A good-faith statement: "I believe in good faith that the use of the work is not authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law."
- An accuracy statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the rights owner or am authorized to act on their behalf."
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
3. What happens next
- We review the notice; if complete and valid, we remove or disable access to the app as soon as possible (typically within 1–3 business days).
- We notify the user who uploaded the app, letting them know they can send a counter-notice if they believe there is an error.
4. Counter-notice (if your app was removed by mistake)
Email cloudpocketdevo@gmail.com with subject "Counter-notice":
- Identification of the removed material and its previous URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and consent to the applicable jurisdiction.
- Your signature.
If the counter-notice is valid, we may restore the material within a reasonable time, unless the claimant starts legal action.
5. Repeat infringers
Users with repeated, substantiated claims may be suspended.
